2023 GMP Refresher

Enhancing Global Training Through Innovative Design and Multimedia

In November 2023, I designed the GMP Refresher course, which was assigned to approximately 15,000 employees. This project pushed my design capabilities to new heights. I created the graphics, including the FMCH logo, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. To enhance the experience, I used Adobe Animate to produce a GIF animation that, paired with a zapping sound effect, made the character “appear” dynamically. The course primarily leveraged Articulate Rise, incorporating embedded Storyline blocks to cater to different groups within the Supply Chain organization through branching scenarios. Additionally, I ensured the course was accessible to a global audience by translating all content, including course text, navigation, closed captions, graphics, and Storyline blocks, into several languages.

I’m also including individual links for the Storyline blocks embedded within:

Intro Video: Created in Storyline with Haleon branding and Adobe Stock images.

Storefront Drag and Drop Activity: Created in Storyline with Adobe Stock Assets.

Outro Video: Created in Storyline with Haleon branding and Adobe Stock images.

HQS Assessment Strategy

Interactive Workflow Training

This course is a key component of a series supporting the rollout of the new Quality System. Designed for self-assignment, it empowers learners to access specific workflows within the Veeva Quality Management System as needed. I developed the course using Storyline, creating a main menu that guides learners through each step of the workflow. To enhance understanding, I integrated screenshots from the system and recordings from live sessions, where the SME clearly explained the process and demonstrated the flow within a sandbox environment.

Hever Castle Tour

Creating Immersive Learning Experiences with 360-Degree Virtual Tours

I designed this course as a proof of concept for using 360-degree images as a potential facility tour. While on vacation in Kent, England, I captured the images of Hever Castle. Each point in the tour seamlessly connects to the next, allowing learners to drag the images with their mouse for a full 360-degree view. To enhance the experience, I added markers to highlight points of interest within the castle, providing additional information. I carefully selected the colors and music to closely match the Hever Castle website and YouTube channel. For the intro video, I used Adobe After Effects to create an animation of the castle gate.
